Following the transaction, Ms. Thanh will increase her holdings from over 4,900 shares to nearly 20.8 million shares, equivalent to 3.4% of the charter capital. This is the amount of shares in the couple's joint assets, after Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan, the late Chairman of the Board of Directors of DIC Corp, passed away on August 10th.

The expected transaction period is from September 17th to October 16th, using a transfer method that does not go through the stock exchange's trading system.

Based on the closing price of DIG shares on September 12th at 21,700 VND/share, the estimated value of the shares Ms. Thanh received is over 450 billion VND.

Currently, the person associated with Ms. Thanh at DIC Corp is her son, Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, who owns nearly 62 million DIG shares (10.16%).

Previously, on August 19th, Mr. Cuong - the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors - was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and also the legal representative of DIC Corp, replacing his father, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan.

Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, born in 1982, holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has a long history with DIC Corp.

In February 2024, Ms. Thanh sold 940,000 DIG shares; after the transaction, she currently holds over 4,900 shares.

Despite having the CEO title, Mr. Le Hong Minh remains the CEO of VNG ; the stock price increased by 103,000 VND. VNG Corporation stated that Mr. Le Hong Minh remains the group's general director and denied information about appointing Mr. Wong Kelly Yin Hong to replace him. VNZ shares hit the ceiling price for the second consecutive session.
