Oppo A3 5G is equipped with a 6.67-inch LCD screen, 2,412 x 1,080 pixel resolution, supports 120Hz refresh rate and has a maximum brightness of up to 1,000 nits. The device has dimensions of 162.54 x 75.44 x 7.15 mm and weighs 187g.

The A3 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 - a mid-range SoC with relatively good performance using the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, running on Android 14 operating system with ColorOS 14 user interface.
