The Deputy Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Bac Kan province to take full responsibility for the content of the Policy Framework.

The People's Committees of Bac Kan and Tuyen Quang provinces are responsible for directing the implementation of the approved Policy Framework in accordance with the provisions of law.

The road section from Ba Be district, Bac Kan province connecting to Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province has a total length of about 40km.

This is the section connecting the route from Bac Kan city to Ba Be lake under the project to build a road from Bac Kan city to Ba Be lake, connecting to Na Hang (Tuyen Quang), which started construction in February 2022 with the Bac Kan Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board as the investor.

This route, when connected to Na Hang, will create momentum to promote tourism development for Ba Be and Na Hang lakes. Especially when Tuyen Quang and Bac Kan are making efforts to coordinate in building a scientific dossier for the Ba Be-Na Hang Nature Reserve to submit to UNESCO for recognition as a world natural heritage.
