Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong visited and presented gifts to policy families in our province.

On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023), on July 16, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly , and the National Assembly delegation visited and presented gifts to policy families in the province. Accompanying him were comrades: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong and the delegation visited comrade Mai Xuan Thuong, veteran revolutionary cadre, Labor Hero Ho Thi Luom and war invalid To Van Hung, residing in Phuoc My ward (Phan Rang - Thap Cham city).

At the places he visited, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong inquired about the health and life of the revolutionary veterans, Labor Heroes, war invalids and their families, and wished them good health; continued to encourage their descendants to uphold the tradition, actively compete in studying, working, and producing, contributing to building their homeland to be more and more prosperous. The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested local Party committees and authorities to do a better job of repaying gratitude to policy families in the area; continued to promote the sense of responsibility, care and concern for policy beneficiaries in the area so that every family can have a prosperous and happy life. Representatives of policy families thanked Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong and the provincial leaders, along with local Party committees, authorities and functional agencies, and affirmed that they will continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, encourage their descendants to strive to study, work, produce, and contribute to building their homeland.

* On the same day, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, along with the working delegation and provincial leaders: Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of the province; Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and provincial leaders laid wreaths and offered incense, paying their respects to the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
