On the evening of November 16, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long attended the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of National Special Monument ranking for the archaeological site of Hang Xom Trai, Mai Da Lang Vanh and the Opening Ceremony of the Culture - Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province in 2024.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long said that the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province have been very determined in managing, protecting, exploiting and promoting the values of traditional cultural heritages of ethnic groups, especially relics belonging to the "Hoa Binh Culture" associated with sustainable tourism development. A clear proof is that today the archaeological relics of Hang Xom Trai and Mai Da Lang Vanh were decided to be ranked as special national relics. In addition, the 2024 Hoa Binh Provincial Culture - Tourism Week is an important event with many diverse and unique activities to introduce and promote the potential and strengths of the province, especially in exploiting and promoting historical and cultural values associated with tourism development and socio -economic development. These include the Fishing Ceremony, releasing flower lanterns on the Da River; Artistic photo exhibition in 2024 with the theme "Beauty of Culture - Tourism of Hoa Binh province"; visiting tourist attractions on Hoa Binh lake tourist area; Festival of performing costumes of ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province; Wine festival; Agricultural forum with the theme: "Agricultural promotion associated with agricultural tourism, green growth and sustainable development"; The second Da River fish and shrimp festival in 2024; Sports fishing competition on the Da River and organizing fish release to regenerate aquatic resources on Hoa Binh hydroelectric lake...

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long said: Hoa Binh province identifies culture as one of the five strategic breakthroughs and will continue to effectively implement specific tasks and solutions to preserve and promote the value of relics associated with tourism development. Along with that, it is necessary to form attractive tourism products about "Hoa Binh Culture", so that the heritage will last forever and spread, contributing to building an advanced Vietnamese culture, imbued with national identity, truly becoming an endogenous strength, an important driving force for national development, local socio-economic development in the context of globalization and international integration.
