Previously, on the evening of September 12, in Tan Tien residential group, an incident occurred where a subject had sexually abused a child. Immediately after receiving the report, Bach Quang Ward Police promptly deployed synchronous professional measures. With a spirit of fiercely fighting against crime, after less than 6 hours, the police force verified and arrested Pham Van N. (born in 1963, residing in Bach Quang Ward), promptly preventing consequences, reassuring public opinion and creating trust among the people.

Recognizing the sense of responsibility, intelligence and bravery of the force participating in solving the case, the leaders of Bach Quang ward decided to suddenly reward the collective of the ward police and 4 individuals: Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Phuong Nam, Chief of the ward police; Captain Dao Duc Thien; Lieutenant Tran Quoc Khanh and Mr. Bui Van Tuan, Head of the Security Team of Tan Tien residential group.
