Hoa Huong Ward handed over 35 land ownership certificates to residents.

DNO - On the morning of July 28th, the People's Committee of Huong Tra ward continued to organize the handover of 11 land use right certificates and certificates of ownership attached to land (red books) in the second phase, bringing the total number of red books issued to people in the area to 35 after nearly a month of implementing the two-tiered local government system.

According to the Hoa Huong Ward People's Committee, the handover of 11 land ownership certificates in this phase involved the local government concentrating manpower and equipment to resolve procedural obstacles in accordance with regulations. This is a practical activity of officials and civil servants to celebrate the first Party Congress of Huong Tra Ward for the 2025-2030 term.

Previously, on July 24th, the People's Committee of Huong Tra ward organized the handover of 24 land ownership certificates to residents. Thus, according to current regulations, from July 1st, 2025, the People's Committee at the commune level will officially have the authority to issue land ownership certificates to residents.
