The ward's electronic information page, located at https://tamky.danang.gov.vn/ , is a "digital window" connecting the government with the people. Providing timely, transparent information, synchronized with the city's electronic information system.
The AI assistant supporting administrative procedures (located in the Ward Information Portal) is a pioneering tool, helping people easily look up, ask and answer questions, reducing the workload for the "Guidance, reception and return of results" department.
Support people to ask and answer administrative procedures anytime, anywhere, reduce waiting time at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, increase the rate of online application submission on the National Public Service Portal.
Thereby contributing to promoting digital transformation locally, gradually applying AI to serving the people.

The Ward People's Committee has directed specialized departments to update input data information for the AI assistant (such as the list of administrative procedures, information on file components; publishing agency, implementing agency; implementing level; fees, charges; number of days of implementation; application form; link to national public services for 342 administrative procedures performed at the ward).
The procedure is very simple:
Step 1: People scan the QR code (at https://trolyphuongtamky.minds.vn/ ) and then register personal information to use the service (such as full name, phone number, email address (if any)). After registering, people will receive a unique 6-digit access code.
Step 2: People send questions about administrative procedures: Select the type of procedure to ask; describe the question in detail; attach document files (if any). Then send and wait for a response.
Step 3: People look up results and see answers from officials:
+ Enter 6-digit access code
+ View list of submitted questions
+ Read detailed answers (people can view, download the form and access the National Public Service Portal via the attached link).
This method can help people look up, ask questions and receive answers about administrative procedures quickly, without having to come in person.

According to the Ward People's Committee, regarding the initial test results, the internal testing phase showed that civil servants significantly reduced the time spent looking up and providing direct guidance to people. The AI assistant supports the response content according to the information provided by the ward officials as initial input data, without taking information from other sources.
People can operate conveniently on their phones and can track results with access codes. Initially, the Ward People's Committee first launched a version supporting Q&A on popular administrative procedures.
Then it will expand the scope, integrate more deeply into the receiving - returning results process and replicate according to actual needs.
Tam Ky Ward People's Committee aims to bring public services closer to the people, anywhere, anytime with correct, sufficient, and easy-to-understand information. AI assistant does not replace officials, but helps officials serve better: respond quickly, consistently, and transparently.
