On the afternoon of September 14th, the awards ceremony for the 6th "Golden Moment" photojournalism contest took place to honor the authors and journalistic works that captured impressive moments.

The photo series "King Cobra" Su-30MK2 displayed at the opening ceremony of the Vietnam Defence Exhibition 2022 by journalist Nguyen Tien Anh Tuan of Dan Tri newspaper has excellently won the special prize.
Due to a business trip, journalist Anh Tuan was unable to attend and authorized a family member to represent him at the event and receive the award.

Commenting on the winning photo series, journalist Tran Cong Dat ( Vietnam Photo News ) shared: "I highly appreciate this photo series; it ensures both aesthetic appeal, artistic merit, and journalistic value. The series shows the meticulous effort of the photographer, who had to travel multiple times and research the event beforehand to capture the beautiful moments of the Su-30, especially since the equipment used must have been very specialized to be able to take these photos."

Besides the Special Prize awarded to journalist Nguyen Tien Anh Tuan, reporter Nguyen Manh Quan of Dan Tri newspaper also received an honorable mention for his work "The Happy Life of a Brave 'Tin Soldier' Couple".

Based on the nominations from the Jury, the Awards Committee decided to select 22 works to be awarded prizes (1 special prize, no first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, etc.) and 28 works to be displayed at the awards ceremony.
