Colonel Nguyen Van Dong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy, concluded the inspection.

After conducting an on-site inspection, the working group assessed that in the first eight months of 2025, the Party Committee and the Command of Naval Region 3 had thoroughly grasped the situation and tasks, strictly complied with and concretized resolutions, directives, orders, and guidelines from superiors, proactively overcome difficulties, implemented comprehensively, decisively, and with a focus on key areas, successfully completing the task of building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, and outstanding" unit.

The entire region completed the training plan (Phase I), achieving 100% of the content and programs for military training and political education for all personnel. In the first six months of the year, 100% of military subjects met the requirements, with 95.2% achieving good or excellent results; 100% of political awareness tests met the requirements, with over 86.9% achieving good or excellent results. Logistics, technical, and financial work was implemented according to plan; ensuring sufficient quantity and quality of ships, vehicles, technical equipment, materials, and logistical and technical equipment for regular and emergency missions.

In his concluding remarks after the inspection, Colonel Nguyen Van Dong acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the 3rd Naval Region in the first eight months of 2025; and requested the Party Committee, the Command of the 3rd Naval Region, and leaders and commanders at all levels to take measures to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the inspection team.

To successfully complete tasks in the coming period, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy requested the Party Committee and the Command of Naval Region 3 to focus on leading and directing efforts to improve the quality of task implementation in the remaining months of 2025; to lead and direct the building of a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding," especially building a team of ship officers with the qualifications and capabilities to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; and to organize well the activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the traditional day of Naval Region 3.
