From this morning (December 3) to the morning of December 5, the communes and wards in the East of Truong Son, Quang Ngai province will have moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain and thunderstorms; rainfall is likely to reach from 70 - 150mm, in some places over 180mm.

Heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban and industrial areas; flash floods on rivers and streams; landslides on steep slopes. During thunderstorms, be on guard for the possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Authorities recommend that people and localities increase vigilance, monitor weather developments, and proactively take preventive measures to minimize damage.
