Quang Ngai receives the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" award.

VHO – Quang Ngai is one of the localities that received the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" award from the Organizing Committee of the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

Member of the Politburo and Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh participated in a gong performance with local artisans.

On September 15th, the Organizing Committee of the National Achievements Exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day issued a decision to award the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" prize to 15 ministries, central agencies, 15 provinces and centrally-administered cities, and 20 outstanding state-owned and private enterprises. Quang Ngai was one of the 15 localities to receive this award.

Within the framework of "Prosperous Province - Strong Nation," Quang Ngai participated with the theme "Quang Ngai - The Roots of Revolution, Steadfast Steps Towards the Future." This is a powerful message about the land and people of Quang Ngai, a place rich in revolutionary traditions and one of the first localities to seize power during the August Revolution 80 years ago.

Building on that tradition, Quang Ngai today continues to affirm its faith in the Party's leadership, its expectations for a new and expansive development space, and its advantages of forests and seas to steadily develop alongside the rest of the country in the new era.

Recreating images of the sea and islands, combined with displaying characteristic marine and island products such as Ly Son onions and garlic, and Sa Huynh salt.

The highlight of the exhibition booth is the entrance arch combining images of Ly Son garlic and Ngoc Linh ginseng, along with stylized hands symbolizing unity in building the homeland. Against a prominent green background, the 3D inscription "Quang Ngai - The source of revolution, stepping towards the future" conveys a message about a province with potential from its forests and seas, and the strength of unity, all striving towards prosperity and beauty.

The exhibition also showcased the potential and strengths of the province's marine economy and industry, featuring images of leading businesses operating in the province. In addition, information about major projects and constructions in the province, such as the Mang Den airport project within the overall national airport planning, was also presented at the event.

In the Quang Ngai area, artisans also recreated the traditional brocade weaving space of the Gie-Trieng and Hre ethnic groups; demonstrated pottery making, and performed gong and T'rưng instrument music.

The entrance gate is designed to combine the image of a garlic bulb representing the maritime economy and a ginseng plant representing the forest economy, along with stylized hands forming the words "Quang Ngai - The cradle of revolution, confidently stepping into the future".

The exhibition showcasing the nation's achievements, themed "80 Years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness," is being held at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Hanoi). This is the largest exhibition ever organized.

The exhibition showcases the achievements of nearly 180 industries across various fields, featuring numerous documents, artifacts, machinery and equipment, documentaries, and news reports, vividly and comprehensively reflecting the outstanding achievements of the country over the past 80 years.

The exhibition showcasing the country's achievements has attracted special attention from the people and tourists, becoming a large-scale political and cultural event with a profound and widespread impact on social life.
