The activity was implemented within the framework of Project 6 on "Preserving and promoting fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development" under the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism built a model of Then singing, Tinh lute, folk singing and folk dancing club in Da Quan residential group with 20 members who are folk artists, art core and talented people, passionate about traditional art of Tay and Nung ethnic groups.
During the activities, the club members were taught many unique folk cultural forms such as Then singing, Tinh lute, Sli, Luon, Phong Lu; and were instructed in staging, choreographing and practicing singing, dancing and music performances imbued with national identity. The Provincial Center for Culture and Tourism Information supported the club with 20 Tinh lutes, 20 costumes of Tay, Nung, Dao ethnic women, and props and accessories for cultural and artistic activities.
At the launching ceremony, the Club members performed 10 special performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country; vividly recreating customs, habits, daily life and the hospitality of local people, creating a cultural space rich in identity, receiving the response of many delegates and people.
