Launching the Electronic Information Portal for Science and Technology Products and Digital Transformation

On April 9, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the Electronic Information Portal for products, solutions of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation at https://nq57.mst.gov.vn. This is considered a significant step forward in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of science, technology and national digital transformation.

Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long and delegates performed the opening ceremony of the Electronic Information Portal on products, solutions of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

Not only is this portal a place to receive and announce successfully deployed technology products, it is also a strategic connection platform between initiatives and socio -economic development policies.

From the fields of industry, agriculture to healthcare, education, finance... the solutions posted on the portal promise to contribute to improving the quality of life and promoting labor productivity, towards sustainable development.

The portal allows organizations and individuals to register, submit proposals, and track responses from professional agencies online, minimizing administrative procedures.

According to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long, this platform not only helps spread the spirit of innovation, but also creates conditions for technology products to become new growth drivers for the economy.

Just 24 hours after its launch, the portal received 80 product suggestions, of which 40 products were confirmed as valid and put into processing.

In particular, 71 outstanding digital technology products that were honored at the 2024 “Make in Vietnam” Award were also announced on this platform.

Mr. Do Cong Anh, Director of the Information Technology Center, Ministry of Science and Technology, introduced the outstanding features of the Electronic Information Portal for products, scientific solutions, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

The launch of the portal not only affirms the commitment of the Ministry of Science and Technology to accompany the creative community, but also lays the foundation for an open ecosystem of connections between inventors, businesses and policy-making agencies. From there, each initiative – no matter how small – can become an important piece in the national technology development picture.

Process of receiving, evaluating and selecting products and solutions

Step 1: Enterprises, organizations and individuals submit new proposals via the Science-Technology-Innovation-Digital Transformation Products and Solutions Portal, at the access address: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn/.

Step 2: Information Technology Center - Ministry of Science and Technology receives proposals, reviews information, documents and makes preliminary assessment of each product, solution of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; Transfers to the Council Coordinator for processing.

Step 3: The Council Coordinator transfers information and documents for each product and solution of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation to a Council Member for evaluation.

Step 4: Council members establish an independent expert group to evaluate products and solutions for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; record the evaluation opinions of each member of the independent expert group; Record the evaluation opinions of Council members (in the form of a report on evaluation of products and solutions for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation).

Step 5: The Information Technology Center - Ministry of Science and Technology publicly announces on the Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Products and Solutions Portal and the Ministry of Science and Technology Portal the proposals after being evaluated and selected by the Council for Evaluation of Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Products and Solutions and a group of independent experts.
