The 2024 Exam Support Program was implemented at all 25 exam locations in the city, with over 800 youth union members participating in supporting approximately 12,800 candidates and parents. The program integrated many new and modern activities and forms of support for candidates.
In addition, the Organizing Committee has connected with and mobilized various resources, including approximately 25,000 bottles of water, 10,000 boxes of Beroca effervescent tablets, 19,000 portions of cakes, and over 10,000 lunch meals at several examination locations... with a total current value of over 3 billion VND.
At the same time, coordinate with relevant forces to provide free transportation for candidates with special circumstances, those from remote areas, disabled candidates, and candidates living far from the examination centers... in order to ensure that as many candidates as possible can reach the examination centers.
Mr. Tran Viet Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Youth Union, said: "The 'Supporting Students During Exam Season' program has become a highlight in the city's youth volunteer movement, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate. The program contributes to providing active and effective support for candidates entering this important exam of their lives."
This activity also marks the spirit, enthusiasm, and youthful energy of the young volunteers, accompanying the 12th-grade students in supporting and assisting them to get through the exam in the best way possible.
