Producing a documentary about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang

Following the direction of the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Documentary and Scientific Film Studio is producing a documentary about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang. The film, which is about 40 minutes long, will be broadcast on Vietnam Television and local radio and television stations on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang's birth (April 2, 1904 - April 2, 2024).

Hai Duong province is also preparing to organize and coordinate activities to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the birth of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang such as scientific seminars, incense offerings, celebrations, and awarding of the press award "Hai Duong aspires to develop"...

The 120th birthday anniversary of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang is scheduled to be held on the morning of March 28 at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City).

Vice President Nguyen Luong Bang (April 2, 1904 - July 20, 1979) was from Dong village, Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Mien district (Hai Duong). He participated in revolutionary activities from December 1925, often using the aliases Anh Ca and Sao Do. From the early days of the country's founding, comrade Nguyen Luong Bang was assigned by the Party and State many important missions such as being the first General Director of the National Bank of Vietnam; the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam to the Soviet Union; Inspector General of the Government ; Head of the Central Inspection Committee.
