Opening ceremony of the sports festival to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province

On the morning of December 5, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony of the sports festival to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025).

The Organizing Committee awarded souvenir flags to the participating units.

This sports festival has nearly 700 athletes from the People's Committees of communes and wards; armed forces units and sports clubs in the province. The athletes compete in 04 sports: Men's mini football, women's volleyball, tennis and Pickleball.

This is a practical activity towards the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province; at the same time, it is an opportunity for civil servants, public employees and workers to exchange, learn, share experiences and improve professional skills in sports competitions. Thereby, promoting the movement of physical training and sports in the province to develop more and more strongly and widely, contributing to effectively responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".

The sports festival to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Revolutionary Tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province took place from December 5 to 7.
