On the morning of May 13, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) and Indian monks held a ceremony to bring the Buddha's relics away from Ba Den Mountain ( Tay Ninh ) after more than 5 days of being enshrined there.

After being carried from Ba Den Mountain, the Buddha's relics will be taken to Tan Son Nhat Airport, take a flight to Noi Bai International Airport and will be enshrined at Quan Su Pagoda, Hanoi.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, it is expected that at 3:00 p.m. on May 13, the Buddha's relics will be carried from Noi Bai International Airport to Quan Su Pagoda.

The Buddha's relics will be enshrined on the first floor of the Quan Su Pagoda Hall. Monks, nuns, Buddhists and people will begin to pay homage from 7am to 9:30pm on May 14, 15 and 16.
Previously, Buddha's relics were enshrined at Thanh Tam Pagoda (HCMC) from May 2 to 8, and at Ba Den Mountain (Tay Ninh Province) from May 8 to 13.

After Hanoi, Buddha's relics will be enshrined at Tam Chuc Pagoda ( Ha Nam province) from May 17 to 21, for monks, nuns, Buddhists and people to worship.

The Buddha's relics - the National Treasure of India were carried from Thanh Tam Pagoda (Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) to Ba Den Mountain on the afternoon of May 8. The delegation included more than 1,200 international delegates from more than 80 countries such as India, Bhutan, China, France, Germany, Nepal, Japan, Sri Lanka, England, America, Thailand..., along with more than 800 domestic delegates from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Tay Ninh province and provincial and sectoral leaders.
The ceremony of welcoming the Buddha's relics and other important rituals within the framework of the 2025 Vesak Festival at Ba Den Mountain took place solemnly, with the presence of Most Venerable Prof. Dr. Phra Brahmapundit - Chairman of the International Organizing Committee of the United Nations Vesak Festival (ICDV); Most Venerable Thich Thanh Nhieu - Standing Member of the Council of Evidence, Permanent Vice President of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha; Most Venerable Bhante Seewalee - Abbot and General Secretary of the Maha Bodhi Society of India, along with the Supreme Patriarchs, Supreme Patriarchs and Venerable monks and nuns at home and abroad...
