This is also the final project for the Events and Banquets course of third-year students. A representative of the student group stated that "The Vietnamese Spice Game" helps introduce distinctive Vietnamese ingredients that are not only high in nutritional quality but also perfect in presentation. Here, diners can meet and pay tribute to culinary artisans, food experts, and Michelin-starred restaurant chefs.
Dr. Ngo Minh Hai, Vice Rector of the University of Economics and Finance Ho Chi Minh City (UEF), stated: "The university always invests in creating the most practical learning and practice environment for students. However, the changing realities and trends of the times are constant, so it is necessary to implement models of collaboration between the university and businesses to jointly provide students with a highly practical learning and practice environment that quickly adapts to current trends."
