This is the 12th year the K-pop Fan Festival has been held in Vietnam. Originating from the wishes of K-pop lovers, the annual program aims to create a healthy playground and inspire young K-pop fans who share the passion for singing and dancing. K-pop is growing stronger in Vietnam.
Last year, the "K-pop Lovers Festival" attracted tens of thousands of people to participate and experience K-pop in particular and Korean culture in general.
The "K-pop Lovers Festival 2025" is expected to continue to attract young people who love K-pop with many diverse and attractive activities, such as decorating K-pop items at K-pop fangirl zone, dancing K-pop with AI at K-pop dance, freely showing off your singing talent like an idol at K-pop sing along, exploring Korean tourism at K-travel, learning about Korean copyright at KCOPA from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the two days of the event.
In particular, the 2 nights of K-pop singing and dancing will be the most anticipated K-pop stage of the year for the K-pop lover community.
At 7:00 p.m. on July 19, talented dance groups from the K-pop Cover Dance Festival 2025, selected from Hanoi , Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, will have the opportunity to burn with passion through impressive K-pop cover dance performances with choreographer and dancer Yechan (Korea) from 1Million Dance Studio - the birthplace of a series of famous choreography by top Korean singers and bands and singer My Anh (Vietnam).
At 7pm on July 20, the best young people in the K-pop singing category selected from Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City will have the opportunity to show their talents on the big stage with Vietnamese singers such as Lam Bao Ngoc and Cong B.
At the end of the program, the best performing group will be selected to participate in the K-pop Cover Dance Festival World Final 2025 organized by Seoul Newspaper scheduled for September in Seoul (Korea).
Director of the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam Choi Seung Jin shared: “K-pop is currently one of the most popular Korean cultural contents globally. I hope this year’s festival will be a useful playground, a place to connect K-pop lovers and a must-see destination with many attractive cultural experiences on weekends in Hanoi.”
The entire program is open to the public free of charge.
