Over the years, the Party Committee and the Division's command have always identified training and combat readiness as central and continuous tasks. Based on resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , and the 34th Corps Command, the contents, targets, and emulation measures have been concretized into clear, easy-to-remember, easy-to-implement action plans, suitable for each agency and unit.

The unit strictly maintains the regime of command, duty, combat duty, patrolling, guarding and protecting targets, warehouses and barracks. Strengthens training of plans, improves situation handling skills, ensures the unit is ready to move, completes all assigned tasks well, and is not passive or surprised in any situation.

Thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing resolutions, orders, and plans of all levels on training tasks, Division 320 has focused on promoting innovation and breakthroughs to improve the quality of training work, from preparation, planning, determining content and programs, to training practice for each subject.

Annual training results for subjects: 100% meet requirements, of which 80% or more are good and excellent (40% or more are excellent), the annual rate of good and excellent always exceeds the resolution target by 0.5 to 0.8%; training new soldiers every year has 2 companies achieving "3 good explosions"; successfully completing the task of being a model for the Corps in infantry combat technique training in training new soldiers. The organization of receiving and training reserve soldiers and organizing reserve mobilization exercises are always highly appreciated; the organization of annual exercises is always highly appreciated by the head of the Corps Command, achieving good results in tactics, good in techniques, and absolute safety.

Another outstanding result is the work of building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit that is "exemplary and typical". In the 2020-2025 term, every year, the Division Party Committee has more than 94% of Party organizations completing their tasks well and excellently; more than 92% of Party members completing their tasks well and excellently. The Division Party Committee has been recognized for many consecutive years as "Clean and strong, completing tasks excellently". Party committees and Party cells always attach importance to setting examples, persistently upholding the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, internal solidarity, and promoting collective intelligence. Thanks to that, the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization, and the quality of cadres and Party members are increasingly improved.

The emulation movement has also spread strongly to the work of mass mobilization, policies, and the Army's rear. During the period of 2020-2025, officers and soldiers of the Division contributed more than 15,000 working days to help localities build 60 houses for poor households. In 2025 alone, the unit and localities of Gia Lai province built 52 houses under the program "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide"; dozens of "Comrade Houses", "Houses of Gratitude", "Houses of 100 Dong" were also handed over to officers, soldiers and people in difficult circumstances.

In parallel, the Division supported 71 poor students in 3 border communes of Gia Lai province with a total budget of more than 4 billion VND; hundreds of Tet gifts, tons of rice were given to policy families, poor households, lonely elderly people... Those practical actions contributed to strengthening people's trust, tightening military-civilian solidarity, and further highlighting the noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

Combining emulation with the implementation of political tasks in the unit, many peak emulation periods were enthusiastically organized by the Division, focusing on overcoming weaknesses and weak points, creating a strong spreading motivation. Typical and advanced collectives and individuals were discovered, nurtured, and promptly expanded, becoming the nucleus to encourage and motivate the movement. Notably, the movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" was effectively implemented by agencies and units, all 13/13 units met the standards of "Unit that feeds troops well, manages military supplies well", the rate of healthy troops always reached over 99%. Technical work also left many marks: 66 initiatives were applied in training, combat readiness, participating in many competitions with high prizes, such as the Army-wide Armored Vehicle Technical Competition, the Corps-level Combat Logistics Competition.

Outstanding results over the past 5 years show that the emulation movement has become a direct driving force for the completion of all political tasks of the Division. In the period 2020-2025, Division 320 was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal by the President (2021); three times awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense (2020, 2021, 2022), twice awarded the Emulation Flag of the Army Corps (2024); 14 individuals and 10 groups were commended by the Ministry of National Defense; 4 individuals and 4 groups were commended by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; 40 groups and 80 individuals were commended by the Army Corps. By 2025, the Division was proposed by the President to be awarded the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal, marking a remarkable step forward in the new period.

Looking back over the past 5 years, Division 320 has drawn valuable lessons. First of all, we must always adhere to the leadership and direction of superiors, and seek the cooperation and support of localities. Second, we must correctly identify the breakthrough points, organize practical and effective emulation, and avoid formalities and ostentation. Third, we must focus on political education, building the right motivation, attitude, and responsibility for officers and soldiers. And finally, we must attach importance to summarizing, summarizing, replicating typical examples, and promoting initiatives and good practices so that the emulation movement truly becomes the driving force for the unit's development.

Entering a new phase, facing the increasingly high demands in building the Army and protecting the Fatherland, the officers and soldiers of Division 320 are increasingly aware of their responsibilities and honors. Promoting the tradition of the unit being twice honored as a Hero of the People's Armed Forces, the entire Division 320 vows to unite with one heart, determined to strive, continue to build a clean and strong Party organization, excellently complete the task of a comprehensively strong unit "exemplary, typical", always worthy of the trust and love of the Party, State, Army and people.
