The penalty decision was issued by Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6, Traffic Police Department on July 1, according to Article 5 of Decree 100/2019.

Working with the police, the female driver said that on the afternoon of June 10, she drove a pickup truck on the Nha Trang - Cam Lam highway in Khanh Hoa province. Because she was not familiar with the road, she turned the car around and drove in the wrong direction for more than two kilometers.

According to the dash cam recorded by another car, even though she was going in the wrong direction, the female driver kept flashing her headlights and going at high speed.
