Every time I sing this song, I feel like I'm standing in the heart of Northwest Vietnam, like I've become a mountain girl excitedly going to the love market, feeling a mix of anticipation and longing as I hear the sound of the flute echoing across the mountain peaks…" – Tan Nhan further shared.

Tan Nhan said that after losing her singing voice for two years due to health issues, she has regained her balance and is determined to make a strong comeback.

Tan Nhan was born in 1982 in Ha Nam province . She became known after winning first prize in the 2005 Sao Mai folk music competition. She was honored as a Meritorious Artist in the most recent awarding ceremony on March 6, 2024.
