Strengthening the urging of state budget collection for land-related revenues

Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to strengthen solutions for revenue management, strictly control tax calculation, tax declaration, and tax payment; strengthen financial discipline in state budget management, promote inspection, examination, anti-loss, and tax debt collection according to regulations.

Review and urge timely payment to the state budget of tax and land rent amounts that have been extended according to Decree No. 64 dated June 17, 2024 of the Government when the extension period expires.

Strengthen the work of preventing revenue loss in the transfer of two-price real estate; review projects with outstanding land use fees, synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee for direction to remove obstacles to have a basis for collecting tax debts and land use fees into the state budget.

In case of procrastination, review, synthesize, and promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to handle related procedures according to current legal regulations.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to actively review and clearly identify the number of outstanding land records, causes, and solutions; review projects that have been implemented but still have problems with investment procedures, construction, compensation, site clearance, etc. to promptly remove difficulties and problems according to authority and report to competent authorities to handle matters beyond authority...
