At the program, leaders of the Provincial Blind Association and representatives of the Department of Health kindly visited, encouraged and sent best wishes to the children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. At the same time, 126 gifts (each worth 700 thousand VND) were presented to blind children in the province so that they could have more conditions to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival happily and warmly.

Vice President of the Provincial Blind Association Thai Quoc Toan thanked all levels, sectors and benefactors for always caring, helping and creating conditions for blind people to overcome difficulties and rise up. At the same time, he affirmed that for visually impaired children, being cared for and given gifts on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival has a great meaning of encouragement, helping them to be more confident and feel more clearly the care and love of the community.

Through the Program, we aim to demonstrate the spirit of responsibility and mutual love of organizations, individuals and communities joining hands to share with the less fortunate; at the same time, we hope that children will feel the love of society, to give them more confidence and motivation to overcome difficulties and inferiority complex, and strive to integrate into the community.
Currently, the Provincial Blind Association has more than 3,000 members, including 126 children. In recent times, the Provincial Blind Association has actively coordinated with departments, branches, organizations, and localities to support and help members develop their economy and stabilize their lives.
