Dai Son: Communication on vocational education, employment and labor export

BAC NINH - Dai Son Commune Career Service Supply Center (Bac Ninh) has just coordinated with businesses to organize communication on vocational education, employment and labor export.

This is an activity under the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

The conference attracted more than 200 delegates who are ethnic minorities and representatives of families living in ethnic minority areas.

Here, representatives of enterprises including: Desay battery Vina Company, VIWASEEN Trade and Tourism Human Resources Joint Stock Company introduced current vocational training and support policies. Organized consultation and introduction about the labor market; necessary conditions and procedures to participate in safe and legal labor export programs.

Many people are interested in asking questions and receiving specific answers about procedures, costs, health conditions as well as benefits when participating in study abroad and labor export programs abroad.

In recent years, vocational training and job creation for rural workers in Dai Son commune have achieved many results. In the period 2020 - 2024, on average, the commune created new jobs for 260 workers each year. The rate of trained workers increased sharply, reaching 71.02% in 2024. This is an important foundation to help people confidently access new job opportunities, especially the foreign labor market, contributing to rapid and sustainable poverty reduction.

The communication conference was organized in a direct format to help local people raise awareness of the role and significance of vocational training, job creation, and access to full information about the labor market.

In the coming time, Dai Son commune will continue to strengthen propaganda, career counseling, promote sending workers to work in markets with high and stable income, contributing to the goal of creating jobs for about 300 - 350 workers each year, raising the rate of trained workers to over 75%; by the end of 2027, the commune will have no more poor households according to multidimensional standards.
