| The working group of Cao Minh Commune Police reviewed and standardized vehicle data and driver's licenses at the home of Mr. Duong Van Hong in Ban Cam village. |
The family of Mr. Duong Van Hong in Ban Cam village is one of the households that recently completed the process of providing and verifying vehicle information. Mr. Hong's family owns two motorcycles that have been used for many years. With direct guidance from the commune police officers , the verification process was quick and efficient.
According to Mr. Hong, updating complete and accurate data right at the household level helps people feel more secure when using vehicles, and also reduces potential problems related to vehicle origin during future management.
Implementing the direction of the Director of Thai Nguyen Provincial Police on a general review, cleaning of vehicle registration data, driver's licenses and digitizing vehicle registration records, Cao Minh Commune Police clearly assigned responsibilities to each officer, assigned the Public Order Police Team to preside over professional guidance, and coordinated with forces in the unit to deploy.
The steps are carried out according to a strict process, from reviewing data on the population system, comparing the reality at households, updating missing information, promptly detecting records that do not match or have unclear signs. The commune police also refer to effective methods in other localities to optimize the method, ensuring that the data is "correct - sufficient - clean - alive".
According to the Cao Minh Commune Police, after the merger of the three communes of Cao Tan, Co Linh, and Cong Bang, Cao Minh became a commune with a large natural area of over 13,400 hectares, 33 villages, and more than 12,700 inhabitants. The area is fragmented by rocky mountains, the population is scattered, and transportation is difficult.
In addition, customs and practices are diverse, and the use and sale of vehicles are complicated. Some vehicles have had many owners, and their papers are lost; or people work far away and are not present in the area; there are cases where the vehicle owner has passed away but the family has not yet completed the transfer procedure.
Lieutenant Colonel Duong Hong Que, Chief of Cao Minh Commune Police, shared: The most difficult thing is to approach people in remote villages, people often go to work in the fields all day. Many times, officers have to wait for hours, up to many days to check all the information. There are cases where citizens are illiterate and do not have a phone number. But with the spirit of staying close to the people and the area, officers and soldiers always patiently explain and guide to ensure that the data is fully standardized.

| Cao Minh Commune Police speed up the review and standardization of vehicle data and driver's licenses in the area. |
The highlight of the review in Cao Minh commune was the active participation of the security and order protection forces at the grassroots level, the village chief and the Front Work Committee. The participation of the grassroots team contributed to quick notification, effective mobilization, and support for the working group to approach each household, shortening the time and increasing the accuracy of the review.
In addition, the commune police coordinated the dissemination of information through loudspeakers and village meetings, guiding people in preparing documents and cooperating in data verification. As a result, people became more proactive in declaring and checking information, contributing to speeding up the overall process.
With the spirit of staying close to the people and the locality, after the first 10 days of implementation, Cao Minh Commune Police achieved a data cleaning rate of 52.6%, ranking among the top 10 communes and wards in the province. As of December 3, 3,210 records had been reviewed, cleaned and updated synchronously into the system. The completed data source contributes significantly to serving residence management, crime prevention, document fraud prevention and improving the quality of management at the grassroots level.
The review and standardization of vehicle and driver's license data is not only a professional requirement but also a crucial step in building a modern and transparent management system. For citizens, accurate data helps ensure their rights when dealing with vehicle-related procedures. For law enforcement agencies, a comprehensive information system helps improve the effectiveness of preventing and detecting violations, and maintaining security and order. Every citizen needs to work together to provide, update, and standardize data according to regulations, for the benefit of the community and to serve their own lives. |
