Training on aquaculture techniques

On May 15, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized a training course on aquaculture techniques in 2024 for aquaculture cooperatives in the province.

At the training course, trainees were introduced to freshwater aquaculture techniques, pond preparation, cropping season; techniques for raising commercial fish in ponds, size and breed, subjects and stocking density; how to care for and harvest fish; how to identify and prevent common diseases for fish such as: hemorrhagic disease, enteritis, wheel parasite disease... Introduced some advanced scientific and technical applications in aquaculture; the latest equipment and machinery in supporting aquaculture.

Through the training course, farmers will be able to grasp basic knowledge in protecting and developing aquatic resources, regulations in aquaculture, exploitation of aquatic products and prohibitions in aquaculture to apply to aquaculture and exploitation of aquatic products, gradually raising people's awareness in protecting and developing local aquatic resources.
