Training on artificial intelligence application for Party officials and civil servants

On the morning of September 9, the Party Central Office organized a training conference on the application of artificial intelligence for Party officials and civil servants. The conference was organized in a combination of in-person and online connections from the Party Central Office to the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee, and grassroots Party Committees.

Trainees are attending the training session at the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Department's location.

At the conference, participants were introduced to popular AI tools, including practical exercises using these tools for research, data synthesis and analysis, planning, and reporting. In addition, there were thematic discussions on security breaches, misinformation, and the principles of using AI in a politically correct, safe, and effective manner.

Trainees from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department participated in the training session at the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department's location.

Newspapers, radio and television in Tuyen Quang participated in online training on AI organized by the Central Party Office.

The conference aims to raise awareness of the role, potential, and application direction of AI in innovating working methods; to equip participants with knowledge and skills in using popular AI tools for consulting, information synthesis, text analysis, supporting plan development, report drafting, and solution proposals. The conference helps cadres and Party members develop a correct and responsible attitude towards using AI, ensuring safety and security, in line with political and legal guidelines and the requirements of Party building work in the digital transformation era.

The conference was divided into two sessions, each lasting two days (from September 9th to September 12th).
