Ms. Lo Thi Tuoi, Deputy Secretary of the Party cell and Principal of the school, said: The Party cell focuses on organizing regular meetings, thematic meetings, selecting new issues related to education to discuss, hold meetings, and propose solutions for effective implementation. With the motto "Taking children as the center", the Party cell directs the school's Board of Directors to develop plans, set goals and competition targets that are close to the actual situation of the school. At the same time, assign specific tasks and attach responsibilities to each cadre and party member in performing professional tasks, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle.

In addition, the school encourages teachers to research innovative topics and apply information technology, focusing on implementing STEM/STEAM education suitable for preschool age. Regularly organize demonstration lessons, observe lessons, and allow teachers to register for good teaching sessions to gain experience. Up to now, 100% of teachers and administrators of the school have qualified and above-standard qualifications. Every year, the rate of mobilizing preschool children to attend class is over 100%; the rate of mobilizing groups of children is 44.5%; physical development is 96% or higher; cognitive development is 95% or higher; language development is 96% or higher; aesthetic development is 98% or higher; social-emotional development is 95% or higher...

Teacher Tong Thi Viet, a teacher at Huoi Nga Kindergarten, shared: Promoting the exemplary role of a Party member, I always strive to improve, practice, and explore new teaching methods suitable for preschool children. I and the teachers at the school built experience areas, made toys, renovated flower gardens, vegetable gardens, etc., helping children have a friendly and safe learning space, creating excitement for them to come to class. Boarding meals are built with a diverse, nutritious menu, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Classrooms are regularly renovated, equipment and toys ensure safety for children when participating in school activities. Every year, the rate of child care and nutrition reaches 97% or more; the average rate of normal weight of children reaches 92% or more.

With the efforts and results achieved in leadership and direction of task implementation, in 2024, the Party Cell of Hoa Hong Kindergarten was classified as having excellently completed its tasks; in the 2024-2025 school year, the school achieved the title of Excellent Labor Collective and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee.
