Tay Ninh contributes ideas on culture, society and people to the National Special Key Political Science Research Program for the 2026-2030 period

On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, in Tay Ninh, the Central Theoretical Council held a seminar to contribute ideas to the draft Project on the Political Theory Science Research Program for the 2026-2030 period of the Central Theoretical Council. Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan - former member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council chaired the seminar.

Also attending the seminar were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan - Head of the Economic Subcommittee of the Central Theoretical Council; members of the Central Theoretical Council; leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Overview of the Seminar

The Seminar is part of the Central Theoretical Council's survey program, collecting opinions and comments from central committees, ministries, branches, a number of localities, academies, research institutes, and higher education institutions on research issues of the National Key Political Theory Research Program for the period 2026-2030 (KX.04/26-30), thereby contributing to concretizing and successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the socio-economic development strategy for 2021-2030, bringing the country firmly into a new era of national development.

Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tu Du City Provincial Party Committee gave his opinions on security and defense issues at the Dialogue.

At the Seminar, the delegates focused on discussing issues of culture - society, people and issues of national defense, security, foreign affairs of the KX.04/26-30 Program. Representatives of Tay Ninh departments and branches had many opinions on the issue of developing high-quality human resources; proposed policies to support education towards building a modern national education, especially for remote areas, communes, and border areas; at the same time, recommended building policies to discover, foster, and attract talented people and highly skilled human resources to serve the development of industry and culture in the new era. Referring to the diversity of religions and ethnic groups in Tay Ninh, the delegates also focused on discussing issues of promoting traditional cultural values ​​and languages ​​of ethnic groups; Emphasize the need to study and resolve issues related to religion and ethnicity to promote the strength of national unity, ensure social equality and ensure social security and order.

Regarding the issue of national defense, security, and foreign affairs, with the characteristic of having a long border with the provinces of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the delegates of Tay Ninh province focused on discussing and contributing ideas to contribute to strengthening security and safety on the border, maintaining peace and friendship with the neighboring country. In particular, emphasizing the work of improving the capacity to fight and prevent all types of crimes of smuggling, drugs, high-tech crimes, transnational crimes, and controlling illegal entry and exit; improving the effectiveness of coordination between functional forces at the border; international cooperation, promoting bilateral cooperation with the border provinces of Cambodia on crime prevention, information and experience exchange, and joint patrols and controls, etc.

Concluding the Seminar, Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council highly appreciated the opinions and contributions of the delegates in Tay Ninh, the opinions were close to the local reality, the proposals were highly practical. Through the opinions contributed at the Seminar, the Working Group will absorb and comprehensively synthesize important issues, thereby providing scientific, correct theoretical and practical bases, serving promptly, practically and effectively the leadership and direction of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the work of planning policies and guidelines for national construction and development of the Party./.
