After 4 days of official competition, on the morning of June 7, in Thua Thien Hue province, the Organizing Committee of the 2023 National High School Sports Tournament awarded the athletics prizes to the winning athletes. Thai Binh ranked 8th overall with 16 medals.

The Organizing Committee representative awarded medals to the winning athletes in the advanced women's 800m track and field event.

Accordingly, the Thai Binh delegation has 13/15 athletes winning medals, including 4 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 9 bronze medals. The Ministry of Education and Training will issue certificates of achievement to students who won first, second and third prizes (corresponding to gold, silver and bronze medals) and issue certificates to students participating in this year's competition.

Thai Binh delegation won a silver medal in athletics in the advanced 4 x 400m relay event.

The national high school sports tournament held in Thua Thien Hue province includes 3 events: athletics, football and badminton with the participation of 44 delegations from departments of education and training across the country, gathering more than 1,500 athletes and 400 coaches. The tournament takes place from June 2-11, 2023.
