Thai Nguyen builds 12 models of "Friendly Government, People promote mastery"

According to Plan No. 138/KH-UBND issued on July 24, 2024 by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, the content of building the "Friendly Government" model implemented in 12 models is to perform well: publicity, transparency; handling administrative procedures for individuals and organizations; receiving citizens, handling petitions and recommendations; regulations on public service culture; building a green-clean-beautiful-friendly office space; regularly implementing activities of contacting, visiting, encouraging, and being close to the people; leaders of the People's Committees at the commune level are exemplary, friendly and responsible to the people...

In addition, the content of implementing "People promoting their mastery" is also specified, including: Well implementing the propaganda work of the Law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level; promoting the role of people's participation in implementing policies and guidelines at the local level; promoting the role of the People's Inspection Board and the Community Investment Supervision Board.

Trung Vuong Ward, Thai Nguyen City is 1/12 communes and wards selected as a model.

12 communes and wards were selected as pilot models, including: Trung Vuong Ward, Cao Ngan Commune, Tich Luong Ward (Thai Nguyen City); Thang Loi Ward, Luong Son Ward, Tan Quang Commune (Song Cong City); Ba Hang Ward, Phuc Thuan Commune (Pho Yen City); Cho Chu Town, Trung Hoi Commune, Trung Luong Commune and Phu Dinh Commune (Dinh Hoa District).

In addition, Thai Nguyen province also encourages the districts of Phu Binh, Dai Tu, Vo Nhai, Dong Hy, and Phu Luong to select 1 to 3 commune-level units in the area to pilot and evaluate, summarize as a basis for replication.
