
Accordingly, from now until the end of October 2024, the Department of Internal Affairs and functional units, as well as communes and towns in Thang Binh district, will conduct surveys to assess the satisfaction of citizens and organizations who have completed administrative procedures at district and commune-level agencies and units and have received the results.
The evaluation form is structured with 5 rating levels corresponding to 5 levels of public satisfaction: "Very dissatisfied," "Dissatisfied," "Neutral," "Satisfied," and "Very satisfied."

The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to citizens and organizations. The questionnaires focused on people's opinions, assessments, satisfaction levels, and expectations regarding the development and implementation of important public policies that directly affect their lives, as well as the provision of public services; and the quality of administrative procedures handled at the district and commune-level one-stop service centers and the Thang Binh District Land Registration Office.
In addition, Thang Binh also conducts online surveys on websites or social media platforms; conducts direct interviews with residents based on pre-prepared questions; and conducts telephone interviews with residents based on pre-prepared questions.
It is known that in 2023, Thang Binh had a satisfaction index of 73.52%, ranking 10th out of 18 districts and cities; the Thang Binh Land Office Branch had a satisfaction index of 76.94% among citizens and organizations regarding services, ranking 13th out of 18 districts and cities.
