
Accordingly, from now until the end of October 2024, the Department of Home Affairs and functional units, communes and towns in Thang Binh district will conduct surveys to assess the satisfaction of people and organizations that have carried out administrative procedures at district and commune-level agencies and units and have received results.
The assessment form is built with 5 scores corresponding to 5 levels of people's satisfaction including "Very dissatisfied", "Dissatisfied", "Normal", "Satisfied", "Very satisfied".

Conducted by distributing survey forms directly to people and organizations. The survey forms focus on people's opinions, assessments, satisfaction levels, and expectations with the development and implementation of important public policies that directly affect people's lives and the provision of public services; the quality of administrative procedure settlement at the One-Stop Department at district and commune levels and the Land Registration Office of Thang Binh district.
In addition, Thang Binh also conducts online surveys on websites or social platforms; interviews people directly based on available questions; interviews people over the phone based on available questions.
It is known that in 2023, Thang Binh had a satisfaction index of 73.52%, ranking 10th out of 18 districts and cities; Thang Binh Land Office Branch had a satisfaction index of people and organizations with the service of 76.94%, ranking 13th out of 18 districts and cities.
