Krong Pac District: Promoting solutions and initiatives to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform

On the afternoon of October 18th, the People's Committee of Krông Pắc district held a conference to review the administrative reform work for the first nine months of the year and to implement tasks for the last three months of 2023.

In the first nine months of the year, the entire district processed 37,294 applications, with 15,879 processed on time, 21,415 processed ahead of schedule, and no applications overdue. The total number of applications received in person was 24,879; the number of applications received partially online was 5,090, and the number of applications received entirely online was 7,415.

Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Trinh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac District, chaired the meeting.

Besides maintaining effective initiatives and models, departments, units, and the People's Committees of communes and towns continue to develop many new models and initiatives in administrative reform work, such as: the "4 requests, 4 always, 5 don'ts" of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; "Discipline, responsibility, efficiency" of the Department of Internal Affairs; "4 on-site" of the People's Committee of Ea Hiu commune; "Saturday for the people" of the People's Committee of Ea Phê commune; "Zalo page connecting people and businesses with the government" of the People's Committee of Hoa Dong commune; the "Friendly urban government serving the people" model of the People's Committee of Phuoc An town…

These models have proven effective, helping to deepen administrative reform efforts, enhance the coordination among agencies and units, and create convenience for citizens and businesses when carrying out administrative procedures.

Providing guidance to citizens on how to look up and complete administrative procedures at the Reception and Results Delivery Department of Krông Pắc District.

To date, Krông Pắc district has invested in relatively synchronized infrastructure and equipment for the reception and processing of documents at the district and commune levels, which has been highly appreciated by the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Internal Affairs. The District People's Committee is currently conducting a survey to build a room for installing ATM machines for automatic document receiving and processing; and will continue to upgrade and invest in infrastructure and equipment at the reception and processing of documents in the district and communes/townships. At the same time, it will promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and the application of scientific and technological advancements to promote the development of e-government and digital government…

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Krong Pac District People's Committee Ngo Thi Minh Trinh requested that departments, units, communes, and towns continue to promote widespread information and propaganda on administrative reform; strengthen training and guidance on administrative reform tasks associated with digital transformation; enhance the role of leaders in innovating thinking, daring to think and act; and proactively review to further improve administrative reform indicators. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen inspection and supervision of the adherence to discipline by officials and civil servants, especially monitoring and handling opinions, suggestions, and feedback from citizens and businesses on the " Dak Lak Online" application according to the authority and responsibility of each agency, unit, and locality.
