Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Alliance Hoang Dinh Chung affirmed that in the era of strong digital technology development, children have the opportunity to access information, study and entertain themselves in an increasingly easy and open online environment.

"However, along with those opportunities are countless risks, deviant, toxic content, bullying, fraud... that can seriously affect children's cognition, emotions and comprehensive development. Therefore, building a positive, safe and humane digital content ecosystem for Vietnamese children is not only an urgent need but also a shared responsibility of the whole society," Mr. Hoang Dinh Chung emphasized.

The discussion on child protection in digital space raised many hot issues today.

Members will work together to plan based on each party's strengths to implement activities such as building and disseminating criteria for standard educational content products for children (which can be videos, podcasts, games, e-books, interactive activities, etc.) that are censored, evaluated and recommended.

In addition, it is necessary to deploy a training system to nurture young creators (especially students, teachers, and parents with creative abilities), which is the core to spread standards, criteria, and good experiences in producing digital content for children; organize events (seminars, workshops, competitions, etc.) to discover, connect, and support creators...
