TPO - Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee appointing Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Ha - Head of the Organization Department, Party Member of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department - to the Party Committee and Standing Committee of District 11, term 2020 - 2025.
On the afternoon of February 29, Nguyen Ho Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, presided over the ceremony to announce personnel decisions.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee appointing Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Ha - Head of the Organization Department and Party member of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department - to the Party Committee and Standing Committee of District 11, for the term 2020-2025.

Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Ha, born in 1978, holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science .
In his remarks assigning the new duties, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Nguyen Ho Hai, acknowledged that Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Ha had been trained and had undertaken various tasks at the grassroots level. Mr. Hai expressed his hope that Ms. Ha would strive to work together with the team, participate in grassroots activities to advise the Standing Committee and the District Party Committee on successfully completing their assigned tasks.
Upon assuming her new role, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Ha expressed her gratitude to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the City Party Committee for their trust and confidence in assigning her this new responsibility and task. She also thanked the leaders of the City Party Committee's Organization Department for their support and assistance, creating favorable conditions for her to successfully complete her work at the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Department.
Ms. Ha stated that in the coming time, she will continue to study, improve her professional skills and expertise, cultivate political acumen, maintain moral character and lifestyle, uphold a high sense of responsibility and dedication, learn from and listen to leaders, officials, and colleagues in order to quickly adapt to new tasks.
