Removing obstacles for Novaland Group's projects

(DN) - On the afternoon of September 5, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired a meeting with Novaland Group to hear about the progress of the implementation and resolve difficulties of the Aqua City cluster projects. Novaland Group's Aqua City cluster projects in subdivision C4 include: Aqua City Project; Aqua Riverside City; Aqua Marina City; Aqua Waterfront City and Cu Lao Phuoc Hung high-end commercial service urban area project. It is expected that these projects will contribute VND23 trillion to the State budget in the 2025-2028 period, and VND500 billion in 2025 alone.

Novaland Group proposed to implement the construction of technical infrastructure (including leveling the ground) and works and projects immediately after the detailed planning 1/500 is approved and implemented in parallel with the process of the Department of Construction appraising the feasibility study report.

The investor commits to take responsibility for the construction project in accordance with the appraisal records of the feasibility study report in the subsequent acceptance work. To facilitate business, the group requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to consider granting sales licenses after the technical infrastructure is accepted according to the detailed planning 1/500 and the project implementation progress is approved.

Speaking at the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, Vo Tan Duc, requested departments and branches to coordinate with investors to review and remove difficulties and obstacles in the fields of land and investment policies to quickly implement projects.

Regarding the two proposals on implementing technical infrastructure construction and granting sales licenses, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to review documents and compare current legal regulations on construction and real estate business to guide Novaland Group to comply with regulations.
