Vinh Long Provincial Police Department announces the change of location for receiving dossiers and handling administrative procedures in the fields of conditional investment and business sectors regarding security, order and seals.

Accordingly, from February 17, 2025, the reception of administrative procedure dossiers and settlement related to conditional investment and business sectors on security and order and seals will be carried out at the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police, address: No. 67, Pho Co Dieu Street, Ward 3, Vinh Long City. Time for receiving dossiers is from Monday to Friday, except for holidays and Tet.

In addition, the Provincial Police Department informs agencies, units, organizations and individuals who need to resolve administrative procedures related to conditional investment and business sectors on security and order and seals to submit their applications online on the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal, address: https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn and receive results directly at the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police or via public postal services. In addition, applications can be submitted via public postal services and results can be received via public postal services according to regulations.
