Silent Hill 2 Remake release date accidentally revealed

According to ComicBook , at the Silent Hill Transmission event that took place in October last year, the Silent Hill horror game fan community received good news when publisher Konami revealed that a remake of Silent Hill 2 was in production.

However, since then, neither developer Bloober Team nor Konami have mentioned any further details about the game, other than saying that the title will launch first on PC and PlayStation 5 and operate exclusively for those platforms for 1 year.

During a Q&A session, Roberts received the question "When is Silent Hill 2 coming out?", he replied "I believe early next year". This statement shows that Silent Hill 2 Remake will come to players in spring 2024.

Before Luke Roberts revealed the release date, Silent Hill 2 Remake was hinted by an Australian game distributor to be released on September 29.
