On June 19-20, the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen will be hot, with some places experiencing severe heat. The highest temperature will be 35-37 degrees Celsius, with some places experiencing over 37 degrees Celsius. The lowest relative humidity will be 55-60%.

From June 22, the heat is likely to ease.

Regarding thunderstorms, early this morning in the mountainous areas of the North there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (10-30mm, over 60mm in some places).

In the late afternoon and night, in the mountainous and midland areas of the North, there will be rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain (20-40mm, in some places over 100mm).

Elsewhere in the North, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain (10-30mm, some places over 70mm).

In the Central Highlands and the South, in the late afternoon and evening there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain (10-30mm, some places over 50mm).

Thunderstorm warning: Tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds are possible. Flash floods, landslides, and inundation in low-lying areas are possible.
