In the 10th minute of the match between The Cong Viettel andSHB Da Nang, within the framework of round 7 of V-League 2025-2026, goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung rushed out of the penalty area to block the ball. He collided with striker Lucao of the home team before landing poorly, leading to injury.

Bui Tien Dung lay on the field in pain, being treated by doctors with a splint. After 5 minutes, the goalkeeper of the Han River team left the field on a stretcher, and was replaced by Van Bieu.
