Presenting the political report at the congress, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Political Officer Training School, affirmed: During the past term, the school's Party Committee has led the improvement of the quality of education and training, and scientific research; Party and political work activities have seen many innovations and creative changes; the work of building a regular force, enforcing discipline, administrative reform, and digital transformation has seen positive changes; logistics, technical, and financial work has met the requirements and tasks well, both regular and unexpected; and the leadership capacity and combat strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels have been enhanced.

In response to new mission requirements, the Party Committee of the school has determined the direction for effectively implementing the motto "The quality of training at the school is the combat readiness of the unit," improving the quality of training for political officers at the platoon level. Closely adhering to the practical requirements of Party and political work throughout the army; promoting the position, responsibility, and heroic traditions; building clean and strong Party organizations; and establishing a comprehensively strong, exemplary, intelligent, and modern school; effectively, decisively, and synchronously implementing breakthroughs in innovation to improve the quality of education and training, building a disciplined force, and successfully completing assigned tasks.

To achieve the goals, targets, and tasks of the next term, General Truong Thien To requested the Party Committee of the school to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of several contents, specifically: Continuing to thoroughly understand the resolutions and directives of the Party and the Central Military Commission, strategies, and projects on military and national defense; focusing on training a team of platoon-level political officers with unwavering political resolve, impeccable moral character, sharp thinking, strong organizational and command capabilities, and solid Party and political work skills, capable of meeting the requirements of the mission in the new situation.

The Party Committee of the school effectively leads and promotes its strategic advisory role in education and training; proactively innovates the content, curriculum, and teaching methods to align with the practical training and combat readiness of the grassroots units; promotes the application of technology and artificial intelligence (AI), builds a smart school, and strengthens scientific research, especially on urgent issues that directly serve the advisory work to the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on Party work and political work in the Army.

The leadership aims to build a strong school in all aspects, focusing on effectively implementing the breakthroughs of the Central Military Commission and the school's Party Committee, especially promoting the cultural values ​​of the Ho Chi Minh Army in the new era. They will continue to review and adjust the organization to ensure it is lean, efficient, and strong, with a rational organizational structure, operating according to its functions and tasks, meeting the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern army. The focus will be on building a comprehensively strong school that is "exemplary and outstanding," maintaining strict discipline and order.
