Research and perfect the organization and staff, find solutions to improve the capacity, promote the abilities and strengths of law enforcement and legal officers in the work of building institutions and resolving violations and crimes.

Continue to innovate the forms and methods of disseminating and educating the law to cadres, soldiers and people in the area; deploy measures to effectively implement the Project "Promoting the role of the Army in disseminating and educating the law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level in the period of 2021-2027".
