(NADS) - The road upgrading project being constructed by Trung Nam 18 E&C Joint Stock Company is facing delays, causing unsafe conditions for people due to the presence of rocks and soil. The delay is said to be due to difficulties in site clearance, unfavorable weather, and limited capacity of some contractors.
