The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall organize measures to overcome the consequences of natural disasters; regularly update and report the situation and developments of natural disasters and incidents to the Provincial People's Committee for timely direction and handling.

Coordinate with relevant sectors to advise the Provincial People's Committee to mobilize local resources to respond to emergency situations...
