The Congress summarized the implementation of the resolution of the past term, determined the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the period 2025 - 2030. Delegates discussed and contributed opinions to the draft Report of the Executive Committee of the Inter-branch Youth Union, and at the same time contributed opinions to the draft Report of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the 21st Fleet, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress elected the new Executive Committee, elected the Secretary of the Inter-branch Youth Union and the delegation to attend the Congress of the Youth Union of the 21st Fleet.

During the last term, the Executive Committee of the Union has done a good job in educating and training union members; for many years it has been the leading flag in the work of the Union and the youth movement. Notable activities include coordinating with the Union of Tam Quang and Tam Hai communes and their sister units; organizing many youth projects and tasks associated with political tasks; effectively implementing the programs "Coast Guard accompanies fishermen", "Coast Guard accompanies ethnic and religious compatriots"; participating in drills, firing live ammunition at sea and successfully completing many other unexpected tasks.

Speaking at the congress, Lieutenant Colonel Dang Le Son, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Captain of Squadron 212, acknowledged and praised the efforts and sense of responsibility of the Executive Committee of the Inter-Union Branch and the officers and members in preparing and organizing the congress. He affirmed that the success of the congress was the result of close leadership and direction, promoting collective intelligence and solidarity of all officers and members. The Inter-Union Branch organized many in-depth activities of the Union and youth movements, creating a strong influence, and was commended and rewarded by superiors.
