The Phu Thinh Social Housing Apartment Complex Project invested by Phu Thinh Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited, including 680 apartments, the project is under construction but behind schedule. The Social Housing Project for Workers in Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, Ham Kiem - Ham My Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, invested by Hoang Quan Binh Thuan Real Estate Consulting - Trading - Service Joint Stock Company; the project scale includes 1,216 apartments (955 townhouses + 261 apartments). The project investor has completed the construction of the Townhouse Complex (phase 1) with 399 apartments and is implementing phase 2.
