The report at the assessment conference stated that from 2022 to present, under the leadership and direction of all levels, the Youth Union organization in the General Department of Defense Industry has been regularly focused on building strong.

The Youth Union and youth movement of the General Department have developed comprehensively, always closely following the political tasks of the General Department and each agency and unit; actively innovating the content and form of activities, promoting the potential and creativity of the youth.

Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry, delivered a speech directing the conference.

The cadres, union members and youth always have a steadfast and steadfast political stance, ideals, ambitions to contribute and be attached to the unit. The "Young Creativity" movement has achieved many outstanding results, contributing practically to the successful completion of political tasks, building a strong and exemplary Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit "exemplary model".

In addition to the achieved results, the conference frankly pointed out the remaining shortcomings and limitations, clarified the objective and subjective causes, and at the same time proposed directions, goals, tasks and solutions to implement the work of the Youth Union and youth movement, as well as the work of women and women's movement in the period 2025-2030.

After listening to the central reports and the delegates' discussion opinions, and giving a speech directing the conference, Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung acknowledged and commended the achievements and results in the work of the Youth Union and youth movement, women's work and women's movement of the General Department in the past time; basically agreed with the direction, goals, tasks and solutions determined by the conference.

Lieutenant General Dinh Quoc Hung requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to thoroughly grasp resolutions at all levels, directives, plans, and action programs for youth, youth work, women, and women's work, especially the Resolution of the 10th General Department Party Congress.

Continue to pay attention to innovating the content and methods of leadership and direction for the activities of the Youth Union and Women's Union; regularly grasp the situation, promptly resolve the legitimate aspirations of cadres, union members and association members, and create more favorable conditions for youth and women to perform their functions and tasks well.
