In his opening speech, Lieutenant General Pham Ngoc Tuan affirmed: In the 2020-2025 term, the Central Military Commission, the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, Party committees and Party organizations at all levels regularly pay attention to leading, directing and comprehensively implementing inspection and supervision work. The Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission and Inspection Commissions at all levels have made many innovations and made efforts to complete their work with increasingly improved quality and efficiency. Inspection and supervision work has made an important contribution to maintaining the Party's organizational principles, strengthening solidarity and unity, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees, Party organizations and the Army Party Committee, and leading the entire army to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Doan Anh Dung emphasized: The conference aims to train cadres doing inspection work at all levels to have a firm grasp of their profession, methods and skills to perform their tasks; to create a widespread spread of strong innovation in awareness, thinking and action when performing current inspection and supervision tasks; to serve as a basis for applying and implementing in each Party Committee; to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision work of Party committees, Party organizations and Party Committee inspection committees at all levels in the Army Party Committee.

The Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission requested that the comrades attending the training session promote a spirit of initiative and responsibility, focus on carefully studying the topics, actively exchange, discuss, share viewpoints, thoughts, and problems in current practices in Party committees; and unify awareness of new regulations, requirements, and tasks of inspection and supervision work in the new situation.

During the 5 days, delegates were introduced to 12 topics, of which 9 topics were introduced by the leaders of the Central Commission for Inspection and leaders of the Department of Area 1A under the Central Commission for Inspection; 3 topics were introduced by the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission for Inspection and staff of the Production Software Application Company (Tecapro), including: Overview of the Party Inspection sector and the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; Work of grasping the situation and regularly supervising Party organizations and Party members; Thematic supervision of Party organizations and Party members; Inspection of subordinate Party organizations performing the tasks of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; inspection of Party finances; Control of assets and income of cadres and Party members; Inspection of subordinate Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations; Handling of denunciations and complaints about Party discipline...
